Customer Support / Live Chat is really useless on this website. Poor English, Horrible attitude, and not even helpful at all. I was talking to someone called Nancy on the live chat about an issue that happened with their trader on rocket league because of his lack of communication. She didn't seem to care about finding a solution for the problem and even when she suggested a solution, it didn't make any sense. I just don't understand why the employer of this website hires people with such poor communication skills for their live chat job.
This was like an year ago i was 12 at the time i was just an little kid buying fortnite accounts on mmoga i think i bought 6-8 accs but no one worked thankfully i got an refund codes all the 6-8 time which i used to buy new accs in hope they will work they didnt guess what i got an mmoga fortnite acc ban that meant i cant buy fortnite accs anymore than i wrote that to trustpilot mmoga contacted me on gmail and they said if i dont delete that negative feedback they will call the police for help i was so scared i was just an little kid + i did the id verify thing so i was truly scared and i wanted to say that this email isnt converted with my mmoga acc where i bought the accs from even trough i should be the one that thearetens with the police and not mmoga but im still scared ngl thats why i dont use the email i bought it from So trust me guys buy from someone else these type of accs
I bought an EU/UK McAfee Livesafe product keycode, when I tried to redeem it at McAfee, it said it's for Malaysia or Philippines regions only. I can't seem to get in touch with MMOGA, their Live Chat doesn't work. MMOGA responded to me thru PAYPAL ... they will give me a refund 7-10 days after they re-sell the product! Rediculous.
